Founded in 1980, Custom Forms began as a forms distributer. By 1984, the need for printing services led us to the purchase of our first press and we began providing offset printing alongside our distribution services.

As we grew, we continued to add new technologies and in 1999 we purchased our first 4-color press, allowing us to provide professional color products in a world where black-and-white was still the norm.
